World Firefox Day

World Firefox Day gives everyone who uses and loves Firefox the chance to introduce Firefox to one other person they care about. If your friend starts using Firefox on or before September 15, 2006, both of you will be recognized on the Firefox Friends Wall, and in Firefox 2.

What exactly is the Firefox Friends Wall?
The Firefox Friends Wall is a digital wall that will display the names of everyone who participates in Firefox Day.

Just visit http://www.worldfirefoxday.com and fill out the nomination form. Once we confirm your email address, you’ll be able to send a message to your friend inviting them to download Firefox.

If both you and your friend opt-in to have your names included, they’ll add your names to an interactive Firefox friends display that will be accessible from within Firefox 2.

When will Firefox 2 be available?
Mozilla is currently planning to ship Firefox 2 in the fall of 2006.
